Features and Application:

* This machine is a kind of automatic type metallographic specimen mounting press which has the function of water in/out cooling.
* It features simple and intuitive interface, easy operation, stable and reliable working performance. 
* This machine is applicable for thermal inlaying of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic).
* After setting up the parameters like heating temperature, holding time, pressure etc., just put the sample and mounting materials inside, cover it with lid, and press the start button, then the mounting work can be done automatically. 
* When working, it is not necessary for operator to be on duty beside the machine. 
* Four kinds of moulds can be selected according to the different requirements of the specimen, and you can also simultaneously make two specimens with equal diameter, the preparation capacity has been doubled.
