Features and Function:

* The brinell hardness tester adopts 8-inch touch screen and high-speed ARM processor, which is intuitive, user-friendly and easy to operate.It is characterized with fast operation speed, huge amount of database storage, data automatic correction, and can provide data broken line report;

* An industrial tablet computer is installed on the side of the body, with a built-in industrial-grade camera. CCD image software is used for processing. Data and images are directly exported.

* Screw can go up and down automatically;

* The machine body is made of high quality cast iron in one time, with the processing technology of automobile baking paint;

* Equipped with automatic turret, automatic switch between the indenter and objectives, which is convenient to use;

* The maximum and minimum hardness values can be set. When the test value exceeds the set range, an alarm sound will be issued;

* With the software hardness value correction function, the hardness value can be directly modified in a certain range;

* With the function of database, the test data can be automatically grouped and saved. Each group can save 10 data and more than 2000 data;

* With hardness value curve display function, the instrument can intuitively display hardness value changes.

It's suitable to determine the Brinell hardness of unquenched steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and soft bearing alloys. It has wide range of applications, suitable for precision measurement of planar plane, and surface measurement is stable and reliable.
