Model ZDQ-500 is a large automatic metallographic cutting machine which adopts Mitsubishi PLC controlling system and servo motor.

It can be automatically controlled in X, Y, Z direction very precisely and cutting feed can be changed according to the material hardness thus can achieve fast and precise cutting effect;

It adopts frequency control to adjust the cutting speed; very reliable and controllable;

It adopts touch screen in relation to human-computer interaction; on the touch screen shows various cutting data.

It is applicable to cut various metal and non-metal materials, especially for those large work pieces so as to observe the structure . With automatic operation, low noise, easy and safe operation, it is an important equipment for sample preparation in laboratories and factories.
