Product Introduction
The ZXQ-2S Automatic Metallographic Sample Mounting Machine is an advanced
fully automatic sample mounting device. It enables program control over the entire
mounting process and achieves one-click operation for mounting procedures
including heating, pressurizing, load holding, cooling, and unloading.
The mounting program of this machine has been solidified, making it particularly
suitable for thermosetting materials such as urea-formaldehyde powder and bakelite
powder. Using this sample mounting machine makes your sample preparation work
easier and less labor-intensive, while ensuring better and more stable mounting
quality.
This machine can automatically heat and pressurize, and will automatically shut down
after cooling once the pressing and forming process is completed. It can mount two
samples at a time, which saves time and effectively improves work efficiency.
Scope of Application
For the analysis of metallographic and petrographic samples, mounting is the first
step in sample preparation. This step is particularly crucial before sample preparationfor small samples that are difficult to hold by hand, samples with irregular shapes, or
samples that require automatic grinding and polishing.

Sample Preparation Process
1.Open the top cover and press the Up Button to lift the bottom mold.
2.Press the Up Button to lift the bottom mold, place the sample to be tested with the
test surface facing down.
3.Press the Down Button to lower the bottom mold, add an appropriate amount of
mounting powder to cover the sample completely.
4.Place the top mold, rotate the top cover to fix it in position.
5.Operate the display screen to set the heating temperature and cooling time, then
press the Start Button.
6.After cooling, unscrew the top cover and press the Up Button to take out the
finished sample.
