Application and Features:

 ZXQ-2S automatic metallographic sample mounting machine is a multi-functional water-cooled

 mounting machine for inlaying various samples. It has the advantages of large number of molds and

short molding time. Inlay small and irregular workpieces. After inlaying, it is convenient to perform

grinding and polishing operations on the workpiece and it is also conducive to users to observe the

 structure of the material more conveniently under the metallurgical microscope.

This machine can automatically heat and pressurize, and it will cool down and stop automatically after

pressing and forming, open the upper cover, press the up button, the specimen will automatically turn up, and the piece can be picked up.

l Note: It is only for the hot and solid materials (such as bakelite powder) with the temperature automatically regulated and controlled.
